Growing up in Oklahoma, I often felt unseen and unheard, searching for stories, music, and creative outlets that reflected my experiences and dreams. As a child, I turned to writing and storytelling as a way to understand the world and feel hope when life felt challenging. Over time, I realized that words and creative expression were not just an escape for me—they were a way to heal, grow, and inspire others.

When I adopted Gracie, my black Goldendoodle, she became a source of comfort and unconditional love during some of my most difficult seasons. Her presence reminded me of the importance of feeling safe, seen, and supported—feelings that many children and adults crave but don’t always experience. That inspiration grew into Gra-Co Adventures, a children’s coloring book and storytelling series based on Gracie and her sister Coco, designed to teach kids courage, empathy, and self-worth through playful, inclusive adventures.

As I explored other creative outlets, I also launched DJ-MDP to produce AI music that motivates and uplifts listeners in their daily lives, bringing soulful, energetic tracks to streaming platforms. Recently, I started writing Gracie’s Tale – A Black Dog’s Memoir of Faith, Family and Finding a Home, combining my passion for storytelling with reflections on faith, belonging, and finding purpose.

MDP Productions was born from a desire to blend all these creative outlets—books, music, and digital storytelling—into a brand that heals, inspires, and empowers people to live with courage and authenticity. My journey is rooted in knowing what it feels like to feel unseen and wanting to build a platform that reminds others their stories and dreams matter.

My mission is to harness the power of words to inspire, uplift, and create a lasting impact. As a natural storyteller, aspiring author, and podcast host, I understand the profound influence that words carry. In today’s world, we often see how words can divide and harm, but I strive to change that narrative by building a diverse community of author-supporters and storytellers.
